Winning the Talent War: How High-Impact Nonprofits Attract and Keep Great People

(Zoom Link Will be Sent out 2 Days Before the Event)

Nonprofit CEOs across the country are facing the same challenge – how to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent in an increasingly competitive workforce. This fast-paced, CEO-only working forum will bring together a select group of nonprofit leaders for a candid, solutions-focused conversation. The session will open with a flash presentation from the KPMG Human Capital Team – David Greed, Kelly Landis, and Chris Shuster – featuring a real-world case study on Total Rewards and how nonprofit organizations can rethink compensation, benefits, culture, and professional growth to compete for top talent.

From there, the conversation shifts to peer-to-peer CEO breakout discussions, where leaders will share their insights and ask questions in a confidential setting.

We’ll close with rapid report-outs and open Q&A, ensuring every CEO leaves with practical ideas they can take back to their team immediately.

This is not a webinar. It’s a working session designed for nonprofit CEOs who want honest dialogue, practical strategies, and the perspective of peers facing the same leadership challenges.
